Terms of Service

The Stoic Gambler provides recordkeeping, evidence organization, workflow, and export tools. It does not accept wagers, guarantee gambling results, prepare or file a tax return, provide legal representation, or perform an audit, review, compilation, or other attest engagement.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, authorized staff access, and activity performed through your account. Firm owners control firm membership; players control sharing of their records.

You remain responsible for the completeness and accuracy of submitted records. Hashes, seals, preflight checks, and report labels document platform activity; they do not establish that an underlying statement is true or guarantee acceptance by a taxing authority, regulator, court, insurer, or adviser.

Tax positions, licensing decisions, professional classifications, filing elections, and jurisdiction-specific conclusions must be made by the user and their qualified adviser. Firms must independently review exports before relying on them.

Do not upload records you lack authority to process, misrepresent credentials, bypass access controls, alter another person's records, use the service unlawfully, or present platform output as a certification issued by The Stoic Gambler.

Features may change to improve security, comply with law, or preserve the service. Material revisions receive a new version; continued use of affected firm features may require renewed acceptance.
