Referral Program Terms

These terms govern subscription credits for qualified introductions; they do not authorize undisclosed professional referral arrangements.

01

Eligibility

A qualified player referral requires a distinct new customer to activate a paid plan using a valid code. A qualified firm referral requires a distinct firm to open a workspace, host at least one genuine player client, and subscribe. Trials, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or canceled payments do not qualify.

02

Credits

Player referrals may earn each party one month of paid access. A qualified firm introduction may earn the stated annual workspace credit. Credits apply only to eligible subscription charges, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be reversed for refunds, disputes, abuse, or ineligibility.

03

Professional disclosure

Licensed professionals must independently determine whether a referral credit is permitted and whether written client disclosure, consent, independence safeguards, or other action is required by their state board, professional code, employer, or engagement terms. Acceptance does not establish compliance in any jurisdiction.

04

No record access

Referral attribution never grants access to a player account, firm workspace, report, or evidence package. Record access requires a separate, authorized consent flow.

05

Changes

The program may be modified or ended prospectively. Earned credits remain subject to verification. Material term changes receive a new version and require firm owners to review the updated terms before inviting additional clients.

Earlier acceptance records remain in immutable history. When this version changes, affected account owners are prompted to review and accept the replacement before continuing firm onboarding or inviting another client.
