A note on fairness
"Trackers" and "sheets" are categories, not named products — features vary, and some tools do individual things well. What none of them combine is the chain of custody: contemporaneous sealing, fingerprinted evidence, consent-based accountant access, and a permanent record of everyone who touched the file. If you only want a win/loss chart, a tracker is cheaper. If the record ever has to defend itself, it isn't enough.
Keep the tracker for the charts. Keep this for the audit.
